Your Order
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3:00 pm CST will be processed the following day. You will receive an e-mail verification of your order. Once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.
Item Availability
We will make every effort to keep accurate stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of an item you may have ordered. We will notify you via e-mail of any adjustment to your order immediately.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if notice is received at Scarbroughs prior to being shipped. If your order has been “Shipped” it cannot be cancelled. Once an order is shipped it may be returned for refund. You will be responsible for any shipping charges on all returns unless for defective merchandise.

If you would like to place an order by phone please call 1-512-452-4220 or 1-888-452-4230 during regular business hours. Business hours are 10:00am – 6pm CST Monday through Saturday. Please do not leave a message. In order process your order we will require verbal confirmation.
Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover card.
Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax of 8.25% on all orders shipped within the state of Texas. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to locations out of Texas.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return the purchase to us. We will gladly accept your timely (with-in 60 days of original purchase) return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of your original purchase price.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packing and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 60 days will be subject to an adjustment if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period since the original purchase.
Returns can be made direct at our store or my mail. If returning by mail the package should include a copy of your original receipt with the reason for the return. Shipments must be shipped prepaid insured to:

No COD return package will be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges, and no refund will be made for the original shipping charges, unless the merchandise is defective.
Your return will be processed upon receipt and credit will be issued within 1 week in the form of your original purchase.
Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change. A refund for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment is eligible for a price adjustment refund.
Gift Wrap
Gift wrap is available for your online purchase. A $5.00 charge per package will be added to your online charge.
If you wish to have your purchase gift wraped please advise us in the comments section attached to your order.

FREE SHIPPING ONLY APPLIED TO SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
FOR SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE U.S. IN CHART BELOW.
Shipments will be processed the day following receipt of your order. Shipments will be by United Parcel Service (UPS).
